Throughout the 2024 season Prep Baseball Scouts will be working to track and see as many games and players as possible. Each week the scouting staff will post game coverage, scout blog, player video and more.  This will be done in conjunction with Inside the Box, a daily scoreboard with select game and player highlights.

+ Tate came up big with a hit at the plate after the batter in front of him was intentionally walked in a tie game in the bottom of the 7th to walk it off on Thursday. The next night he was on the mound for another absolutely dominating complete game performance.

+ After spending last year in a closer role, Trace's first start showed the work he's put in this offseason. He was a force on the mound, confusing batters all night long.

+ Also, pitched 5 total innings on the week in 2 relief appearances picking up the win against No. 2 Grace Christian and allowing a total of only 3 hits while striking out 9 over the two appearances.
+ DJ went 2-3 with 5 RBI against No. 12 Weddington to pace the Knights offense.
+ DJ threw 4 scoreless innings of relief against No. 2 Grace Christian in the Knights 2-1 extra inning win.
