After about a week and half's worth a games, we take an updated look at the Power 25.  While still early in the season, this update features a few small changes due to results on the field as well as still some projection with the talent on the field.   All scores and records are from the OSSAA Rankings page.

Remaining at the top are the Owasso Rams who saw a few mixed results in their first 7 games but still put together some strong wins on the resume picking up three wins in this installment of the Power 25.  Bixby stays at the two spot after a strong performance in Texas and a district series sweep of Broken Arrow.  Moving up to number three on the list is Carl Albert who remains unbeaten and impressed in our looks at them in a back and forth game with Oktaha.  Sand Springs moves up a spot to number 4 with a 5-1 record and two Power 25 wins already in the young season.  Enid falls to number five after a tougher stretch to open the season, but playing arguably the toughest schedule so far with their first seven games coming against Power 25 opponents.

Edmond Santa Fe sees the biggest rise in the rankings this week moving up from number 18 in our preseason poll to number 11 after a strong 5-1 start and already showing much improvement off of the 2023 campaign.  Choctaw sees a rise of three spots after a perfect 4-0 start and Jenks makes their debut into the Power 25 with a 4-2 start including a 6-0 win over Bixby.
