We are constantly evaluating players on a daily basis across the state searching for top notch performances by individuals throughout each week. Hitter of the Week

Ty Johnson 2B / RHP / Clinton, AR / 2018 Rankings  StateRank: 22 / POS: 1 Clinton High School and Arkansas Tech commit 2018 is your week 2 hitter of the week. in 5 games last week Ty had went to the plate 20 times walking 5, he had 9 hits , 4 doubles, 2 triples with 12 RBI's and 8 runs scored while striking out 0 times. On top of his offensive explosion Ty was 2-0 on the mound and in 12 innings pitched allowed 1 run while striking out 14. Ty’s performance helped catapult Clinton into the top 25 Power Rankings this past week.

In 6 ⅓ innings pitched against Alma he allowed 0 runs on 1 hit and had 16 strikeouts allowing only 1 walk. He was 88-91 the whole night showing advanced feel for his off speed pitches keeping hitters off balance.
