Evaluation: Good hand-eye coordination at plate. Down and through at contact with good separation. Pull approach with consistent solid contact. Above avg. pop in bat. Above avg. defender at first base. Good feet and glove. Soft hands. Moves well around the bag. 65 mph arm strength.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
DISTERHOFT: Winona State, Mount Mercy, U. of Dubuque, and multiple community colleges.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
DISTERHOFT: Yes to Winona State and other visits on schedule to the above schools.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?
DISTERHOFT: A reputable Business (Finance) Program and a good fit athletically.

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
DISTERHOFT: Starting First Baseman for 4A State Championship Runner Up Iowa City West, MVC Conference Champions. 2nd team MVC all conference, batting avg .363.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
DISTERHOFT: Win a State Championship, Continue to improve every aspect of my game.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
DISTERHOFT: Yes, basketball.

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
DISTERHOFT: GPA 3.8; ACT 24, National Honor Society Member.
