Blackhawk's Brendan McKay was 6-0 as a freshman and is now 3-0 as a sophomore.
McKay pitched a three-hitter and drove in a run to lead Prep Baseball Report No. 9 Blackhawk to a 7-0 home win Wednesday against West Allegheny (6-2, 2-1) in a Section 1 game.
Matt Emge, an Ohio State commit, went 4 for 4 with two RBIs for Blackhawk (8-0, 3-0), which snapped West Allegheny's six-game winning streak.
