Mizuno Player & Pitcher of the Week: Week 3

Each week during the high school season, we will be announcing the Mizuno Pitcher and Player of the Week for that particular week. Numerous players across the state continue to put up impressive numbers both as position players and pitchers on the mound. This year we will be selecting one Pitcher of the Week and one Player of the Week based on nominations from high school coaches across the state. Thanks to Mizuno for sponsoring both awards this season.

Brady Ladusau OF / OF / Rockwall Heath, TX / 2025Rankings StateRank: 76 / POS: 15
The DBU commit was hot at the plate during the final tournament weekend of the Spring. In 17 At Bats, the Junior 8 hits, including 2 homeruns, a triple and a double. He drove in 6 for the Hawks o the week. Ladusau is poised for a big 2024 season at the dish with the power developing.

MIZUNO PITCHER OF THE WEEK

John Dolan C / 3B / Hargrave Huffman, TX / 2026The Missouri commit is showing well on both sides of the bal this year. He is recognized this week as a pitcher after throwing a no-hitter with 11 strikeouts. We saw him up to 85mph last summer at Lakepoint and he has shown the ability to spin the breaking ball at the Houston Preseason ID in 2023 (up to 2336 RPM),
