Baseball season is underway in the Badger State and we will again bring you all the action on a daily basis through our Daily Roundup. We again have teamed up with Wisconsin Sports Network to bring you the most comprehensive coverage of game scores and highlights throughout the spring. Our Daily Roundup will include final scores with a link to box scores provided by wissports.net as well as any highlights or top performers we get. Brookfield Academy outlasted SWCHA on Monday after six lead changes, squeaking out a 6-5 win in dramatic walk off fashion.

Facing a one run deficit in the bottom of the seventh, Brookfield Academy's Aaron Goecks launched a two-run home run bringing home Ryan Kolasinski and a 6-5 win.

Goecks put himself in scoring position all day with three extra-base hits.

Josh Gonzales recorded the win for Appleton North. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out five, walked three and surrendered three hits.

Appleton North's Alex Henwood, Taylor Borchers, Connor Wollersheim and Chase Kreul combined for six hits and six RBIs.

Eight hits weren't enough for Catholic Memorial as it lost a shootout, 18-9 in eight innings, to Beaver Dam on Monday at Infinity Fields.

Beaver Dam easily handled the Crusaders pitching as six hitters combined for nine hits, 14 RBIs and 13 runs scored.

The bottom of the first saw Catholic Memorial take an early lead, 2-0. A two-run blast by Pete Koscinski, bringing home Nikko Medina started the inning off.

Beaver Dam captured the lead in extra innings with nine runs in the eighth. The Golden Beavers scored in the eighth on a bases loaded walk by Skylar Eberle, an RBI single by Jacob Anderson, a walk by Nick Klavekoske, a two-run double by Michael Heiling and a two-run double by Laine Yagodinski.

The Bay Port Pirates jumped out to an early lead on Green Bay Preble and captured a 14-1 victory on Monday at Bay Port High School.

With 13 runs in the first three innings, the Pirates left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

A two-run double by Tucker Noe in the first inning and a two-run single by Joe Baier gave them the early lead.

Noe racked up four RBIs on two hits.

Baier also picked up the complete game win with a dominant, six-strikeout performance. Baier allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk over five innings.

Waupun High School - Thompson Field

Waupun beat Laconia 9-6 Monday behind both the bat and the arm of Mason Krumwiede.

Krumwiede was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He singled in the second, third, and sixth innings. Krumwiede held Laconia hitless over 1 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the fifth, with four lead changes.

The Warriors took the lead in the fifth inning and held on for the victory.

Tim Lind recorded the win for Waupun even though he allowed six runs over 5 1/3 innings. He struck out two, walked four and surrendered seven hits.

Jensen Hinton collected four hits, helping the Logan Rangers to a 10-6 victory over Sparta on Monday at Sparta.

He singled in the second, third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Hinton also recorded the win for the Rangers even though he allowed six runs over six innings. He struck out eight, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Trevor Feest got the win for Lincoln. He allowed four runs over four innings. Feest struck out four, walked four and gave up five hits.

Lincoln's Cameron Jaeger, David LaTour, Braxton Keil and Feest combined for seven hits and seven RBIs.

The Menominee Indian beat Marion 16-0 Monday behind both the bat and the arm of Ty Latender.

Latender did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Eagles, reaching base four times. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He doubled in the third inning. Latender gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out nine during his five innings of work.

Stevens Point took the lead in the top of the seventh inning with a three run outburst, taking a 7-6 win in seven innings on Tuesday at Nienhaus Sports Complex.

Reed got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He pitched 2 2/3 shutout innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered no hits.

Stevens Point was sparked by Erickson and Winch, who teamed up for four hits and three RBIs.

Little Chute took the last of four lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against Shiocton, securing a 10-6 victory on Monday at Little Chute.

The Mustangs finally managed to grab the lead after a strong fifth inning. They went up for good on a two-run single by Sam Schepp, plating Brady Weigman and Leighton Myers.

Carson Mara racked up three RBIs on two hits for Little Chute. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Ben Carew got the win in relief for Kimberly. Carew pitched four innings and allowed three runs.

Griffin Hawley, Brice Swick and Isaac Melanson helped lead Kimberly. They combined for seven hits and five RBIs.

Emmett Kulick boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace De Pere. He singled in the third and fifth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Tyler Fischer hopes every outing could go as well as Monday, as Fischer pitched six shutout innings to carry the McFarland Spartans to an 8-0 victory over Big Foot in seven innings.

The Spartans beat Big Foot thanks to 13 hits, including one extra base hit, led by a flawless day at the dish by Hagerty, who went 3-3 against Big Foot's pitching.

Justin Wuestenberg racked up two RBIs on three hits for Waterloo .

Brey recorded the win for Waterloo . He allowed two runs over four innings. Brey struck out eight, walked four and gave up three hits.

Altoona narrowly escaped Menomonie with a 6-5 win in eight innings.

Adams-Friendship Diamond (Behind MS)
FINAL

Carter Jodarski powered the Berlin Indians at the plate and on the mound Monday, willing the Indians to a 13-1 victory over Adams-Friendship.

Jodarski racked up four RBIs on two hits, doubling in the first inning and tripled in the sixth inning. On the mound he struck out four batters, allowed no earned runs, five hits and no walks over four innings.

Billy Anderson was solid at the plate for the Unity Eagles. Anderson went 2-3 and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third inning.

Nate Heimstead was in control on the bump. Cameron managed just one hit off of Heimstead, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his two innings of work.
