The Wisconsin Spring League is over the half way point. With two weekends left players are starting to get into prime shape for their summer seasons. Here's a look at some of the top performers from this weekend's games.

Saturday April 25

Grey 8, Gold 4

Jack Keane and Trey Grassl each had two hits for Grey. Grassl added a double with two RBI. Kyle Hammit drove in three runs.

Connor Goodman led the way for Gold with two hits.

Carolina Blue 3, White 1

Ty Weber went 3-for-4 with two doubles a run scored and two RBI. Zachary Bierman also added two hits.

Black 3, Orange 2

Navy 2, Red 0

Joe Gahm and Mitchel Makarewicz combined on the seven inning shutout for Navy. Gahm struck out five, walked one and allowed just one hit. Makarewicz struck out three, walked four and scattered two hits.

Sunday April 26

White 6, Orange 3

Sophomore Nathan Aide provided the White offense with a grandlsam, Ben Cameron also drove in an RBI on one hit and a run scored.

Grey 13, Royal 7

Travis Styer and Sam Devorkin both had three hit days while driving in two runs apiece. Calvin Syder struck out seven in five innings pitched for Grey.

Nathan Lefko provided the Royal offense with two hits and three RBI.

Black 7, Gold 2

Benjamin Dolezal and Nate Rodriguez each had two hits for Black, Kyle Copeland had two RBI. For Gold Jack Brust struck out six in three innings pitched.

Navy 6, Red 2

Jonathan Stiever worked five innings striking out nine for Navy.

Zach Biermann continued to swing a hot bat with another homerun and a double, with an RBI for Red.

Black 3, White 3

Alex Rodriguez and Christopher Krennrich each had two hits, Rodriguez drove in two.

Orange 11, Royal 4

Zach Schmidt and Michael Balistreri each had three hits. Schmidt drove in three, and scored a run. For Royal, Steele Beatty and Matt Miller each had two hits.

Grey 5, Gold 3

Travis Styer and Calvin Snyder both had two hits for Grey.

Red 4, Carolina 1

Nick Lackney and Jonathan Keane both struck out eight Red hitters. Cyrillo Watson, Takota Metoxen and Matt Hamilton combined on the mound for Red’s win.

Connor Moroder and Zachary Biermann both added two hits for Red.
