Coach Chad Coughenour and the Eastern Hancock Royals look improve in their second season as a member of the Mid-Hoosier Conference. Coach Coughenour guided the Royals to a 10-16 overall record in their inaugural season as a Mid-Hoosier Conference member. Only two starters and three pitchers return for the Royals in 2013. 

Leading the way for the Royals is Honorable Mention All-State outfielder Cody Wallace. Wallace, a senior, led the team with a .389 average, 10 home-runs, and 36 RBI. Wallace is also the top returning pitcher after winning four games in 2012 and posting a 3.35 ERA. Starting catcher Cole Fout is another key returner for the Bulldogs. The sophomore hit .388 and is expected to be a leader on a young Royals team. 

Also expected to contribute for Eastern Hancock are Austin Denny (2014), Devon Wagner (2015), Austin Clutinger (2015), and David Johnson (2015).
