Perkins boasts a strong, athletic frame at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds and he has a live arm. He pitches from a 3/4 slot while showing an athletic delivery with balance and rhythm. The fastball currently works at 88-92 with life and he flashes a hard breaking ball with sharp, late break at 76-78.
