Four more prospects choose their schools



Jordan Humfleet, LHP, Pendleton Heights, 2012: Humfleet is a 6-foot-1 inch, 170 pound lefty. He shows a consistent low to mid 80's fastball, topping out at 87. Humfleet will be attending the University of Dayton to play for Coach Victorio beginning in the fall of 2012.

 

Josh Fisher, LHP, Northrop HS, 2012: Fisher is a 5-foot-10 inch, 170 pound lefty and will join Humfleet at the University of Dayton in the fall of 2012. Fisher show the ability to thorw three pitches for a strike: a 81-87 mph fastball, 73-74 mph breaking ball, and a 72-75 mph changeup.

 

Jaylen Quarles, OF/DH, Lawrence Central HS, 2012: Quarles is an undersized OF/DH, but is arguably one of the best hitters and toughest outs in central Indiana. He hits from the left side displaying a short, compact swing with quick bat speed. Quarles will be attending Northern Kentucky University.

 

Bryce Yoder, RHP, Eastside HS, 2012: Yoder is a 5-foot-10 inch, 160 pound right handed pitcher. Yoder has been clocked as high as 89 with his fastball. He will be attending Valparaiso University in the fall of 2012.
