Most Viewed MO Profiles of 2021: No. 5 Carter Jensen

We are able to drill down into the data and track the number of reads thanks to Google Analytics. As we usually see, the list is dominated by some of the top performers and players who have made commitments this year. 

Jensen had a strong showing at last years Super 60 and was the highest high school player taken in the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft as he was selected by the Kansas City Royals with the 78th pick in the draft (3rd round).

Jensen is a strong and athletic 6-foot-1, 215-pound, left-handed hitting catching prospect in Missouri’s 2021 class. Committed to Louisiana State University. At the event, he ran a 7.28 60 and a 4.77 home-to-first. At plate, Jensen posted an event best exit velocity of 99 mph, reverse toe tap into load, loose and quick hands, flat bat path, aggressive and repeatable swing with some lift, ball jumps off barrel, showed plus pop to all fields during batting practice. Behind the plate, Jensen has soft hands, clean and quick arm action, moves well side-to-side, clean arm action with positional velo of 77 mph, mostly accurate throws with carry.
