Bat Speed: Joseph's bat speed was not only impressive, peaking at nearly 74 MPH, but also consistent averaging 72 MPH. His consistency translated into his live arm BP exit velocity where he averaged 86 MPH while peaking at 90 MPH which every scout loves to see. 

Rotational Acceleration: This shows us how quickly Joseph can accelerate into his college - pro level bat speed. The quicker you can do this the more of an advantage you will have at the next level against high level pitching. Joseph again is consistent with this averaging 25 G's and peaking at 28 G's putting him at an elite level with his barrel quickness into the zone.

On Plane Efficiency: Players that have a higher % here tend to put the barrel on the ball with good results (higher exit velocity), 70% and above is the magic number we are looking for here. Joseph again puts up and advanced metric with a 79% on plane percentage! He is equipped to make later decisions with his elite quickness into the zone, not only hit the ball hard with plus bat speed but consistently do it with a advanced on plane percentage. The uncommitted '21 could be a valuable bat in the lineup wherever he lands at the next level.
