Oregon 2026 Rankings: Fall Update

Continuing our Rankings updates today with the stacked 2026 class in Oregon.

After the Fall, the Top 10 remains the same and the full ist has been expanded to 40 total prospects

With the new recruiting rules, the overwhelming majority of this group remains uncommitted and it helps set the stage for a huge slate of preseason as well as upcoming summer events.

SCHOOLCRAFT LOCKED IN AT #1

The 6-foot-7, 200-pound southpaw pitched 91-93 most recently this summer from a low ¾ slow with moderate effort, indicating the chance to stick as a starter long-term and also make additional gains. Uses a heavy CH at 79-82 which he really kills spin on and creates late, heavy bore out of the zone. Throws with conviction and confidence. A potential two-way threat, the left-handed slugger also shows prodigious power at times with a heavy barrel that can drive the ball with loft to all fields. His pull-side leverage is exceptionally impressive and he does a nice job avoiding too much of an uppercut despite his long levers.

UNCOMMITTED PLAYERS TO WATCH

Jace Willett RHP / SS / Century , OR / 2026

Rankings StateRank: 11 / POS: 2

A two-way athlete with an athletic build, listed at 6-foot-2, 186 pounds. Willett saw significant playing time as a freshman last year and he should continue to be a highly productive player on both sides of the ball in 2024. Offensively he hits from a tall, leveraged stance with some easy pull-side lift. On defense he has quality arm strength from the left side of the diamond and easy actions for a taller infield prospect. With all of that said, on the mound is where his ceiling might be the highest. He logged over 30 innings last season and in the summer saw him up to 84.3 mph with a live fastball that paired with his sharp slider and fading changeup. We expect Willett to consistently fill the stat sheet in 2024.

Jace Litten OF / RHP / Churchill, OR / 2026

Multi-sport athlete with some of the best overall upside in the class. Litten has shown considerable progress within the last year but there's still a high ceiling left to tap into. A fluid mover in the OF with long, ranging strides and a loose arm, he has an ideal profile for the OF long-term and the chance to develop into a middle of the order bat. Uses a quick, controlled swing with slight uphill finish to produce line drive contact with present gap to gap power. Arm strength transaltes well to the mound and it's easy to envision additonal velocity gains on the bump as well.

Jaden Tragesser SS / 2B / Lakeridge, OR / 2026

Tragesser showed extremely well throughout the spring in game action at the Varsity level as a Freshman. Plays the game with a mature demeanor and understands how to make winning plays. A quick, athletic defender on the dirt, he can play low easily and maintains steady tempo and pace while working through the ball. It's a clean, natural exchange into his throwing motion with an internal clock that never seems to get rushed. Offensively he's a potential table setter at the top of the line-up with consistent bat to ball skills and a knack for spraying hard contact to all fields. Always a tough out, expect his offensive output to trend upward as he adds additional strength.

Jacob Rolling SS / 2B / Jesuit, OR / 2026

Rolling has some of the best raw athleticism we've seen on the diamond in the class. A lean, wiry strong athlete with twichy actions in all facets. He can accelerate quickly and shows exceptional burst on defense. It's a middle of the diamond type of athlete with tools that are going to allow him to be a difference maker on defense. Offensively the hands work freely and quickly and the barrel takes a direct path to the ball. Doesn't try to lift or get too steep. Instead lets the ball travel and works to the big part of the diamond with a line drive approach.
