Mattox is finally healthy, and the talented Jr. had a good week at the plate. Mattox had multiple hits and drove the ball with authority to all parts of the field. He can use the whole field with authority, and I suspect he will have his fair share leave the yard as the year goes on. Mattox has also looked good at 3rd so far this season and has made some good plays. Good to see Mattox back at the hot corner. His power is starting to show in-game and he has found a groove at the plate this season.
