In June, PBR VA/DC hosted the Top Prospect North Showcase at Patriot High School, featuring over players primarily from Northern Virginia. Over the next week, we will post the scouting reports on that event as we add them to each player's profile. Monday, we released the 
pitchers. Tuesday we released the corner infielders and catchers. Here are the middle infielders, in alphabetical order:

Jake DeLisi, SS/RHP, Brentsville, 2019
DeLisi hits from the right side with an athletic stance. Load back with a leg kick stride. Decent lower half and good balance throughout swing. Average bat speed and good approach to the round, working mostly gap to gap with a fluid, line drive swing. Exit velocity of 78. In the field, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot that is accurate. Position velocity was 70. Soft hands with fluid footwork. Clean exchange and plays through the ball. 7.70 60 time.

Jared Johnson, SS, Patriot, 2018
Johnson has an athletic 5-9 frame and hits from the right side. Athletic stance, loads back into a wrap with a leg kick stride. Explosive lower half with good balance throughout his swing. Short path with some extension and a fast bat. Exit velocity was 87. Fluid rhythm with a good approach, line drive swing that worked gap to gap. Three-quarters arm slot with a loose arm action. Accurate throws, position velocity of 76. Soft hands and quick fluid footwork with a clean, fast exchange. Athletic defender that plays through balls well. 7.09 60 time.

Thomas Russell, RHP/SS, Paul VI Catholic, 2018
Russell hits from the right side with an open stance. Smooth load into a wrap, short leg kick stride. Ok lower half with good balance throughout his swing. Short path with extension through the ball that is quick, exit velocity of 86. Line drive hitter with a good gap to gap approach. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with a loose arm action and accuracy to his throws, position velocity of 75. Average hands and fluid footwork. 60 time was 7.34.

Jonathan Sedmak, SS/RHP, Loudoun Valley, 2019
Sedmak has an athletic frame and hits from the right side. Athletic, open stance. Leg kick stride with a decent lower half and good balance throughout the swing. Short path and average bat speed, exit velocity of 79. Good approach and rhythm, worked gap to gap with a line drive swing. In the field, throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action and some accuracy, position velocity of 72. Average hands and quick footwork. Clean exchange and plays through the ball well. 7.53 60 time.

Jack Sroba, SS, Collegiate School, 2017
Sroba has an athletic 5-10 frame and hits from the left side with a pretty swing. Open, athletic stance, smooth back load with a short stride. Explosive lower half and good balance throughout his swing. Short path with extension, works a bit uphill, exit velocity of 86. Good approach, used the whole field and barreled ball consistently. Line drive swing with a fluid rhythm. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, loose arm action that is accurate, position velocity of 77. Soft hands and quick, fluid footwork. Clean, fast exchange and an athletic fielder. Decent speed with a 6.84 60.

Ethan Wanat, SS, Woodbridge, 2017
Wanat has a lanky 6-1 frame. Hits from the right side with an open stance. Loads into a wrap with a short stride. Explosive lower half and good balance throughout swing. Short path with extension through the ball and a quick bat, exit velocity was 87. Line drive swing with a good approach that was gap to gap. Loose arm action from a three-quarters arm slot with some accuracy, position velocity of 77. Soft hands with fluid footwork and a clean exchange. Plays through the ball and had a 60 time of 7.04.
