By: Prep Baseball Kansas Staff

The Kansas high school baseball season kicks off on March 19, opening day for regular season action under KSHSAA regulations. Leading up to opening day, we’ll be publishing our team previews ahead of the 2024 spring season, touching on programs spanning all state classifications, counting down through the official Prep Baseball Kansas Preseason Power 25 Rankings.

Perennially, we’ve submitted a preseason questionnaire to high school head coaches across the entire state. Their responses have been flooding in and we’re using the detailed insight they’ve provided in our team-by-team preseason analysis.

Our 2024 preseason coverage continues today.

Coach’s Insight:

“Experience, starting pitching CHEMISTRY and TOUGHNESS!
We have 7 returning full time starters with 3 other kids getting starts on the mound or positions. 7 kids with 1 more potentially committed to play at the next level.
This is tight group of young men and they are mentally and physically tough kids. Love their will to compete! Not necessarily a concern, but with the addition of the 26 schedule we are going to need more pitching depth. We feel very confident with 4 of our returning arms from last year. Excited to play the extra 6 games and see what young dudes step up on the mound!” – Brad Stoll, head coach
