Scouting Report
An athletic build at 5-foot-8, 165 pounds. Ran a 7.15 in the 60 yard dash. Offensively- Stands in the box with a slight bend in the knees. Brings his hands back and takes a short stride in sync. Quick direct path to the baseball. Slight lift at the point of contact. Swings with intent. Gets good extension after the point of contact. Top exit velocity was 90 MPH. Defensively- Sits back on the baseball. Shows above average funnel actions. Has a smooth exchange and throws from a mid ¾ arm slot. Top throwing velocity was 79 MPH.
Solidly-built third baseman with pop in his bat; Offensively - hunts fastballs and knows what to do with them, quick to the ball with strong hands, capable of turning on an inside pitch, uses all fields, makes effective adjustments within an at bat, can shorten swing and maintain power; Defensively - solid glove, agile footwork, confident arm across the diamond.
5-foot-7, 145-pounds with a slight frame. Average actions defensively, glove is out in front. In the box shows consistent short contact, finds barrel. Aggressive swing in the box. 87 mph exit velo.
