With the 2018 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting mid-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2018 Spring Team Preview: Beavercreek Beavers
Team Name: Beavercreek Beavers
Head Coach: Brandon Long
Division: I
2017 Record: 17-8
Conference Record: Greater Western Ohio Conference – East, 8-4, 1st Place
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/3
2018 Team Strengths:
- Starting Pitching
- Leadership
- Speed
Coach Outlook: A lot of new faces and positional moves on this years team. Some good young sophomores will compete for spots.
PBR Outlook: Coach Brandon Long and the Beavers are coming off a 17-win season with a team that returns six starters and three pitchers. With some high-level prospects, look for the Beavers to be competitive in the always difficult Greater Western Ohio Conference.
