This past weekend, January 26th and 27th, the Preseason All-State took place at IMG Acdemy in Bradenton, FL. Preseason All State has quickly become the premier Preseason event in the state of Florida.

Now in its third year, this year's event featured some of the top talent throughout Florida. Nearly 100 prospects from all high school classes took part in a two-day showcase.

Team by team we will break each rosted down with a quick look at some of the noteworthy tools the participating prospects displayed.

QUICK HITS

Team Yellow

2021 Miami recruit Corey Robinson (DeLand) had one of the more impressive all around days. Running the days best 6.8 60 yard dash. Was 84 mph from the outfield and shows above average bat speed and an 88 mph exit velocity.

2022 MIF Stewart Puckett (DeLand) is a solid defender, but the bat is where he stands out. Compact swing with strength and feel for the barrel. Exit velocity of 87 mph.

2020 OF Cameron Neal (North Florida Christian) has a loose lean frame and showed athletic actions in the outfield, topping out at 85 mph. Ran a 6.97 60 yard dash and showed bat speed and leverage offensively.

2022 MIF Connor Fosnow (Lake Brantley) is an extremely athletic and physical middle infielder with plenty of projection left. Very athletic, solid defender, but really stands out offensively. He has quick hands and a simple and level swing with present bat speed.

2020 Jonathan Ramallo (Miami Sunset Senior) is a physical two way player. Had the days best outfield velocity of 92 mph. Present bat speed offensively and up to 88 mph on the mound.

St Leo recruit 2020 C Joaquin Monque (Cypress Bay) is an advanced defense behind the plate. Above average receiver with above average catcher an throw skills. Offensively, there is strength, especially in the lower half with power potential.

2021 William Hagen (Eau Gallie) has a stocky frame, but really shows an above average feel to hit with bat to ball skills and power potential. Had the second best 2021 exit velocity at 91 mph.

2021 1B/RHP Jacob Crews (TNXL Academy) has an extra-large frame with surprising athleticism. 6-foot-5, 230 pounds, he ran a 7.47 60 yard dash. Still adjusting to his frame but there is strength offensively and had an exit velocity of 87 mph with power potential.
