TEAM OUTLOOK

  • The Douglas County Tigers come off of a 10-16 record in 2023. The 2024 Tigers will be an inexperienced team with a small Senior class. Coach Farmer will lean to Senior Tre Relliford (Mississippi Valley State Commit) to lead this team and put up big numbers in 2024. Relliford will also help lead this young pitching staff as the catcher for the Tigers. Juniors, James Johnson, and Jaden Strong will look to lead the pitching staff at the top of the starting rotation. Another Junior, Brice Porter will play a key role in the OF and also be relied on to produce offensively. Sophomore, Nayland Patton will look to produce for the tigers at 1B and have quality at-bats at the plate. Douglas County will open up the 2024 campaign against Mt. Bethel Christian Academy on 2/12.
