Today we start our player analysis from the 2017 PBR Future Games with a look at the position players from Team Wisconsin.

Tyler Brandenburg, 1B, Lake Country Lutheran, 2019
6-foot-3, 222-pound right-handed hitting first baseman. Power hitting first baseman. At the plate hits from a balanced setup with a long toe tap stride. Long, level swing path looks to pull. Strength thru contact with 96 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.75. Defensively has a long arm action from a a ¾ arm angle. Threw 82 mph across the infield.

Luke Hansel, RHP/C, Union Grove, 2019
5-foot-11, 185-pound two-way player, solid build. On the mound works directionally from an over the top slot, arm speed present. Pounds the zone with multiple pitches. Fastball is mostly straight, four seam type, mixes in two-seamer as well, 83-85 mph, touched 86 mph. Curveball plays at 73-74 mph. Defensively arm played at 72 mph out of the crouch, pop times at 2.08-2.12, above average actions. 7.77 runner in the 60. Right-handed hitter, stays on top of the baseball with gap to gap approach, line drive contact.

Jack Haufle, C/OF, Oregon, 2019
6-foot-1, 165-pound left-handed hitting C/OF with a lanky frame. Defensively has a strong arm from the outfield and behind the plate. Behind the plate has a short arm action from a high ¾ slot. Quick footwork with a clean transfer. Popped 2.12-2.26 and threw 80 mph out of the crouch, throws showed carry. In the outfield, shows off raw arm strength throwing 88 mph. Offensively hits from a balanced, slightly open setup with a leg lift stride. Short, uphill swing path. 79 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.26.

Alexander Huissen, OF, Indian Trail, 2019
6-foot-3, 177-pound lanky right-handed hitting outfielder. Balanced setup at the plate with a short stride and good balance. Uphill swing path, line drive approach. Showed strength thru contact with 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 6.95. Teams top performer in games going 3-6 with 2 RBIs, 3 runs scored, and a walk. Average to plus runner in games down the line. Turned in a 4.26 down the line on an infield single. Defensively features raw arm strength in the outfield, throwing 88 mph.

Steve Jamroziak, OF, Muskego, 2019
6-foot-3, 180-pound right-handed hitting outfielder with a lanky, athletic frame. At the plate hits from a slightly open, spread out setup. Short leg lift even stride. Loose hands at the plate, consistent line drive contact in batting practice. Plus runner, ran the 60 at 6.79. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively has fluid footwork, plays thru the ball. Long arm action from a ¾ slot. Throws showed carry from the outfield at 87 mph.

Adam Juran, C, Sauk Prairie, 2019
6-foot-1, 175-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Stands out for his work behind the plate. Short arm action from an over the top slot.Active footwork, gets out of the crouch quickly. Handles pitchers well. Popped 2.05-2.17 and threw 73 mph from the crouch. At the plate hits from a balanced, open setup with a short stride back to even. Fluid rhythm with a short, uphill swing path. 86 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.58. Puts together good at bats in game. Went 2-3 with 3 BBs, 2 runs scored, and an RBI across three games.

Dylan Krumrei, SS, Oshkosh North, 2019
6-foot-4, 175-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. Slightly open, spread out stance with a short stride. Uphill swing path. Turned on a 93 mph fastball for a double to the left centerfield gap in game, 4.54 on the turn. Ran the 60 at 7.12. 87 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively has a short arm action from a ¾ slot. Fluid footwork, projects best at third base.

Drew Lechnir, OF, Kimberly, 2019
5-foot-9, 153-pound left-handed hitting outfielder with a small, athletic frame. High baseball IQ. Plus runner ran a 6.83 60 yard dash and turned in plus run times in game, 4.18 down the line. Crouched, slightly open setup at the plate. Fluid rhythm with a short swing path. Line drive hitter, uses the whole field. Top of the order type hitter. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Projects as a true centerfielder. Fluid footwork, athletic actions, gets good jumps in the outfield. Plays thru the ball. Long arm action, accurate throws, threw 80 mph from the outfield.

Zach Lechnir, SS, Kimberly, 2019
5-foot-10, 155-pound right-handed hitting shortstop with a small, athletic frame. Plus runner, ran the 60 at 6.71. Turns in average to plus run times in game, 4.26 best in game down the line. Gets good jumps on the basepaths. Defensively has a short arm action from a high ¾ arm angle. Plays fast, soft hands, with quick footwork. Threw 80 mph across the infield. At the plate balanced setup, short stride. Compact swing path. 80 mph exit velocity from a tee.

Drew Leszczynski, OF/RHP, Brookfield Central, 2019
6-foot-1, 180-pound OF/RHP with a strong, athletic frame. Arm strength is best tool. Threw a team high 91 mph from the outfield. Also topped out at 88 mph on the mound. Defensively has a long arm action from an over the top slot. Plays thru the ball with quick footwork, effort in release. Offensively hits from a balanced setup with a leg lift stride and short, uphill swing path. Looks to pull. 91 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 6.98. On the mound works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall and fall delivery working in line with home plate. Fastball sat 85-87 topping out at 88 mph. Changeup sat 76 mph.

Ryan Mazza, 3B, Brookfield East, 2019
5-foot-10, 177-pound right-handed hitting third baseman. Offensively hits from a tall, open setup with a leg kick stride. Long, uphill swing path, Looks to lift and pull. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 6.98. Defensively has a long arm action from a ¾ slot. Average hands and athleticism. Threw 75 mph across the infield.

Bubba Thompson, SS, Appleton West, 2019
6-foot, 180-pound right-handed hitting shortstop with an athletic frame. At the plate hits from a tall, relaxed, open setup. Simple load, short, uphill swing path. Ran the 60 at 7.21. 89 mph exit velocity from a tee. Performed in game at the plate going 2-5 with a triple, two RBIs, two runs scored, and two walks. Defensively has average hands and actions. Accurate throws across the infield at 74 mph. Good game player.

Brent Widder, SS, Sheboygan North, 2019
6-foot, 165-pound right-handed hitting shortstop. Offensively hits from a wide base with a short stride and average balance. LIne drive, spray hitter. Ran the 60 at 7.33. 84 mph exit velocity from a tee. Defensively plays thru the ball with fluid footwork. Loose arm action, can throw from multiple arm angles. Showed good body control on the run thru. Threw 75 mph across the infield. Solid defender in games.
